For cases that you think would require immediate attention, please go to the nearest medical emergency facility. Every online consultation is only for one patient at a time. The patient or guardian (for minors/seniors) shall be responsible for the providing the necessary information to the doctor during the online appointment. The patient or guardian is also responsible to make sure that the email you provided in the booking is solely owned by you and not of a group or of another person.
